Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using PulsePick (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

PulsePick is a team feedback tool that lets users send small decision requests, vote on them, and view results. We provide it as-is and reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or abusive purposes.
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property or violates rights of others.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass authentication.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

5. Your Content

You own the content you upload (requests, images, comments, etc.). By uploading, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display it as needed to operate the Service.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; no refunds are provided for partial periods. Free plan users are subject to feature limits described on our pricing page.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UPTIME, ACCURACY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulsePick is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in U.S. courts.
